 Notice  of  Publication  in  the  Federal  Register  and 
 Announcement  of  Effective  Date  of 
 Schedule  of  Charges  for  Application  Fees 


 As  provided  in  the  Commission’s  order  amending  the  July  Application  Fee  Order  to  make  the  amended  rules  effective  30  days  after  publication  in  the  Federal  Register,  this  Notice  announces 
 that  the  Schedule  of  Application  Fees  for  FY  2002  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  on  November  5,  2002.  The  Federal  Register  citation  is  67  FR  67318.  The  revised  effective  date  for 
 the  Schedule  of  Application  Fees  for  FY  2002  will  be  December  5,  2002. 


 The  July  Application  Fee  Order  along  with  the  subsequent  Order  changing  the  effective  date  will  be  placed  on  the  fees  website  at  www.  fcc.  gov/  fees.  Click  on  “Application  Processing  Fees”  and 
 you  will  see  a  link  to  the  July  12,  2002  Order,  a  subsequent  Public  Notice  dated  October  4,  2002,  and  an  Order  dated  October  18,  2002. 


 We  will  issue  another  Public  Notice  as  we  get  closer  to  the  date  the  revised  application  fees  will  go  into  effect.
